INASAYAMA KANKO HOTEL’s beautifully arranged kaiseki cuisine is prepared with local and seasonal ingredients, and features of local cuisine was adapted. Enjoy the cuisine that are distinct from the one of any other places. We are looking forward to help you discover and experience Japanese culture in Nagasaki.
*The course meal will be served. If you stay more than 2 nights, we can modify the menu. However, we may not perfectly suit your order.For large groups of more than 40 people, we can prepare traditional Nagasaki cuisine (*Shippoku ryori) or buffet meal. Please contact us for more details.
*About "Shippoku Ryori"
Shippoku Ryori is a local cuisine originated in Nagasaki. It has been developed by mixing western and Chinese cuisine and adapted to Japanese style. The various style of large dishes are arranged on circular tables.
